Yep. You need prior intent for that, never going to happen. The CPS won't risk aiming too high and losing 2 convictions as a result.

I'm not sure about that. There's a difference being being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, and being charged with it.

Of course it has. Apparently it was critical of Liverpool, it was never going to last long. Fears of protests outside of Express offices, vehicles being smashed etc etc

Let's call a spade a spade, scousers are unfriendly, whiney and don't like it up em. For weeks they've been banging on about their hostile atmosphere, pretending to be Galatasary. The big difference, Galatasary wouldn't have had the liberty taken like Liverpool. They've bought this on themselves then when there was someone wanting to have a go they stood around and filmed it on their phones, watching one of their own get a beating.
