Guess so. The keeper put a hand on him but I think Mane threw himself to the ground.Silly and unnecessary yes, soft no. It was absolutely stonewall.

Lived in Prestwich him. Martin Rouane
As well as the gifted pens they’ve scored 11 offside goals . This is not luck.
Whether he did throw himself to the ground or not it was still a stonewall penalty.Guess so. The keeper put a hand on him but I think Mane threw himself to the ground.
Pellegrini is nodding at this. And yet people are against VAR
I’m against it because it’ll ruin the game which is I think is more important. And yet people are against VAR
But she's standing on a lower level than him. If he steps out of the doorway they'd be about the same height. Probably.
Yep. Not even arguableWhether he did throw himself to the ground or not it was still a stonewall penalty.

They should be trained better, anything to make them do the job better I certainly wouldn’t be bringing in a piece of technology that they have no idea how to use . Stop start, the time it takes , the euphoria of a goal scored will be gone forever, it’ll kill stone dead the rythem & pulse of the game .......oh & by the way they’ll still give the decisions to certain teams .But clear offside goals, players diving for penalty’s and officials guessing on decisions is seen as ruining the game and it’s got so farcical that Refs need technological help.

Do you think it was right that the VAR ref overruled the rags red card yesterday?
Honestly not seen the incident.
Should it have been a red ? If so then absolutely not.
If it should not then I’m glad the correct verdict was eventually reached.
He didn’t throw nothing in his own net though! He knocked a miscued shot from Van Dijk (which looked like it was going out of play) onto the bar, the ball came off the bar and Origi pounced and put it over the line. The time Pickford threw the ball into his own net proved to me that the powers that be all want Liverpool to win.
All the offside goals, penalties that shouldn’t have been, and the other inexplicable goalkeeper fuck ups, all are not luck.
I hope we win the league, I cannot stand to see cheaters prosper. And if there’s any justice in the world they won’t win the title.
It looked like a red to me and it looked like a red to the ref. The VAR reviewer is from Manchester and has never been allowed to ref a game involving a Manchester team, yet here he is overruling the ref on a red card to a utd player. I wouldn't have a problem if he would have said to the ref, "you might want to look at that again", but there's no way somebody that hasn't been approved to ref the game should be allowed to make a refereeing decision. And it can't be the correct verdict as it's an interpretation, unlike the offside calls. What happens if the ref afterwards looks at it and says, "I was right, it was a red"?

All I know is Pickford did not throw the ball into his own net. I’m not sure why folk remember it that way because that isn’t what happened. Nothing suspicious about it considering Pickford constantly has brain farts. My word. Is he honestly saying Pickford tipped the ball purposely on to the bar for Liverpool to score in the dying seconds ?!
Surely would have been easier to let one of the many shots in during the game. Heard it all now.

That decision was disgusting & just adds another tool to the armoury of people who want to decide the outcome of games. It looked like a red to me and it looked like a red to the ref.
