Given that nobody can say conclusively that there was intent (although it was Robertson, and he's a snide c*nt), he was still out of control. It should have been at least a yellow, but there is no doubt in my mind that if that had been Sterling or Bernardo (or any other City player) it would have been a Red, 100%.Personally think the Robertson one was probably a yellow rather than a red, although it could’ve easily gone either way. Agreed. Sometimes you just have to take it on the chin rather than look for excuses. Hopefully it’ll serve as a incentive to the squad to win the title back next season.
