I work with a Scouser at work and was talking about istory. He was totally ignorant to the fact that Everton used To play at anfield , before moving to goodison and that Liverpool were formed, and bank rolled by the land owner, because he needed a team to play at the stadium. Liverpool were formed purely to make money for the owner of the land.
