I see they now haveThe greatest 0-0 final of all time.
Just like they were the greatest PL team of all time.
Everything they achieve has to be the greatest.
Good post although the last line gives me a nagging doubt the dippers will win every gameChelsea played brilliantly in patches but couldn't make the killer blow. But you have to give LFC credit for their resilience. Whatever people say about Klopp I think he is a great manager just as he was at Dortmund. His teams can always come back off the ropes. They are incredibly resilient.
I think it's a shame that most fans (including myself and most on this board) are sometimes unable to respect qualities in rival teams. We are all witnessing a fantastic era in English football. City, Chelsea, and Liverpool are fantastic teams (with totallly different styles) playing incredible football. We should just lap it up and ignore the bitterness fuelled by the media. Don't forget we had to win 14 matches on the bounce to clinch the title by one point from Liverpool in 2019. I doubt anyone will ever see that happen again.

You are in most ways spot on. My experience of last nights final was something quite different. I had the rare opportunity to take my partner for a wonderful Chinese in a fabulous restaurant. However sitting next to us was a moronic pool fan sat next to a wonderful and completely embarrassed girl whilst he watched the game on his phone.Chelsea played brilliantly in patches but couldn't make the killer blow. I think he meant the other, stinky, number 2.."Kelleher is the best number two in the world. He had an incredible game.” said Klopp
a quick glance at PSG might immediately disprove that but fuck it the bbc just let him say it and then have put it on a news article banner this afternoon
I think I had the best number two in the world this morning, I must have lost half a stone in weight!"Kelleher is the best number two in the world. He had an incredible game.” said Klopp

Funny thing is, I’ve just read a similar post on RAWK,Chelsea played brilliantly in patches but couldn't make the killer blow. But you have to give LFC credit for their resilience. And No Salad laughing about it beside him.In an epidemic. Disgusting indeed.
I would argue that Kyle Walker is a better #2 than Kelleher."Kelleher is the best number two in the world. He had an incredible game.” said Klopp

Bernie Silva likes this.I don't think anyone can't appreciate how good they are, but when it's overhyped in comparison to another (your own) team then it's pretty hard to clap them when they do something. When City comeback from 12 points behind to win the league, it's completely different to how Liverpool achieved it. When we win the league cup over and over, it's seen as an annoyance. They are the media darlings and its just disproportionate to exactly HOW good they are in direct comparison to their nearest rivals.
The words charter and standard spring to mind. But not necessarily in that orderThe words, "kettle," "black" and "pot" spring to mind.
I think Kepa gets that accolade…I think he meant the other, stinky, number 2..
