Totally agree mate, why buy Liverpool for £5 billion or buy Everton for half that and watch it grow into a genuine title contender, large fanbase, new stadium, it makes me laugh that scouse and rag fans are using it as a dick measuring competition in who's club is valued the most-its there silly valuations that could well put potential suitors off.
Half? £500m was the figure doing the rounds, that's a whopping 90% discount to the Dipper/Rags valuations.

There are probably more Tories inside Anfield every home game than the majority of clubs bearing in mind they draw their support from all around the country and there are more Tories than socialists in blighty, you'd believe everyone inside Klanfield is to the left of Karl Marx from what they tell everybody.
Very unlike a socialist cult to make up facts and gaslight huge swathes of a population.

It's never happened before.

I didn't want to believe it first but now I agree with you. We have people now from local fan channels tweeting shite like this " it’s mad how so many fans world wide are so desperate to be seen as “equal” to local fans or match goers. It doesn’t matter where you are from and the more fans the better BUT you can’t compare the kids who are brought up watching the reds through family lineage, the fans who 1/2" The last sentence is a straight up a take you'd hear in a white nationalist rally

Most of the people inside anfield aren’t even UK citizens

Cause the FSG totally share them supposed so called " socialist values" of yours right ?

They really are joined at the hip, they remind me of the Gallagher brothers outwardly squabbling but in reality discussing the reunion gig to pay Noel's alimony, Mark Knopfler and co sum our red pals up 'Brother's in Arms'.

Don't you dare ruin Dire Straits for me.

To be honest, I'm still not sure who that joint statement is aimed at. Plenty of people - including many Liverpool fans going off that Twitter feed - seem to think it's an attack on potential buyers from the Arab world. That might well be the case but from the perspective of United fans - moreso than Liverpool fans - I'd guess they would be keen to avoid another Glazer-style ownership model. And Liverpool fans certainly wouldn't want another Hicks and Gillett scenario. Last time I looked the Glazers and H&G were American and not Arab.

The statement doesn't mention Arabs, Americans, or any other group of people so I'd say it's possible they're just putting it out there that they don't want to be bought out by some dodgy fucker, regardless of creed or colour, plus I think they're campaigning for more fan involvement in the running of football clubs.

I would add that if it is indeed aimed at people from a particular part of the world then that is disgraceful and racist as fuck.
