Given VDs performances this season, his injury might actually improve their defence...
Yep. He's been the weakest link in their defensive chain for a long time. Slow to react to what is happening around him, consistently loses his man and tactically very limited.
As you say, they will be better without him - not a great deal better, mind.

Spitty and his £200m comment last night followed by "Liverpool have been sell one to buy one but they need to invest this time in a few players".

It's a fair comment. You look at 2021 when they bought Luis Diaz for £47m only after selling Taiwo Awoniyi for £8m. Or 2020 when they bought Jota and thiago for a combined £65m but only after they sold Dejan Lovren and Ovie Ejaria for £16m. Or 2018 when they bought Alison, Keira and Fabinho for £168m but only because they recouped £34m from Dominik Solanke and Danny Ward.

So clearly it’s a difficult financial balancing act especially when you factor in all the fucking bullshit!
Haha, indeed.

Liverpool have earnt over £3b in the last five years… that’s up there with City and United. Yet Klopp is always moaning about money.

Van Dijk's hamstring injury could mean a 2-3 month layoff.

With a non-entity of a midfield and a defence that has always heavily relied on VVD, I can see them sliding further down the table.

What a shame.
His leadership qualities will be missed. For his actual play, though; hmm. He's a shadow of the player he was a couple of years ago. Maybe the Pickford challenge, and the subsequent injury, had a longer lasting impact than we imagined.

He’s also a big lad, big lads’ legs go much earlier than the littler players’ do.

Look at Yaya, his legs had gone by the time he reached 32.

Presumably these YouTube grifters get far more traffic when sites like Bluemoon share their meltdowns than when they're merely gloating to their own followers?

If I am right in thinking that, I imagine a great deal of them are praying for their beloved Liverpool/ United/ Arsenal to lose.
Makes them the star of the show - and earns them extra revenue.
Look at AFTV look at the Khoont Goldbridge making thousands of there clubs failure ........... let’s be right any kind of supporter would actually be at the game not sat in front of a TV waiting for a load of morons to subscribe to there channels :( I bet the fans that go actually hate twats like that

I suspect most of the match day viewers are overseas 'fans'
