Rangers caused them some problems in the opening 20 minutes but lacked quality in the final third - it was all a bit rushed. I thought Liverpool looked very lacklustre during that period of the game and the atmosphere likely played a part in that. Their equaliser comes from James Tavernier being out muscled at the front post, somewhat embarrassingly, by Firmino.

Sakala appeared to have the beating of Tsimikas too. I hope that lad plays on Sunday as he doesn't appear to have a great turn of pace and it's rather easy to get in behind him. If he doesn't, it will be a returning and not quite match fit Robertson in his place.

As for the second half, it became a training game and Rangers appeared to down tools at 4-1. Liverpool can feel more confident going into Sunday, however, the money they spent on Van Dijk is more than Rangers starting 11 and bench so they shouldn't kid themselves.

They put 9 past Bournemouth and then struggled against Newcastle and needed a last minute winner...

We SHOULD turn them over at their place... beer at the ready.

Nunez and Salad prove they are better than Haaland. The kopites told you and you should have listened you fools.Haaland would never be able to score against a team of such a high caliber as the mighty Glaswegian giants.

You lot must be bricking it for the weekend.
