On their watch did FSG not pay City guilt money of £1 million to make the fact that they hacked City’s scouting system go away? The Premier league wouldn’t investigate this incident due to it happening in 2013. They are however prepared to go back to 2009 to look at City’s accounts though.

One last point to add to our Sanctimonious friends down the other end of the M62. What ever sanctions the premier league try to throw at us, I don’t think it will break their record of what the whole of English football had to endure for their supporters pushing a wall over 39 Juventus fans. They can never take the high ground with any other club simply for that fact.

Fsg don't spend top dollar on players, despite signing the worlds most expensive defender and the worlds most expensive goalkeeper. And they certainly haven't had quick success as 1 premier League title in 31 years proves. To conclude when they lost they deserved to win. And when they won they deserved to win. The most blatant bit of false accounting to get around FFP is the 50M for Stanley Park plans. I’m a design manager for one of largest construction firms in the country and if I had spent 1/6th of total 300M budget for the scheme to get to outline planning stage I’d expect to be sacked. 10% (30M) to get to full set of construction issue drawings is the norm.

Or to put it another way 50M spread over the five years you would be employing 100 people at £100K per annum full time. Really?

5M top’s should have been the cost.

Also seems City are being charged by Prem for failing UEFA FFP guidelines. Liverpool admitted this for two seasons when they didn’t qualify in 11/12 and 12/13.
