How are the rawk braindeads dealing with the news , anybody checked ?

Suicide watch will no doubt be busy ...............in ireland
I have been popping on rawk to have a look

They have gone from grief and despondency just after the announcement to full-on excitement and indignation in their utter belief that this has been nothing of a win for CITY

Methinks that there is going to be great disappointment on the horizon;-)

Here is a sample of this morning - the piss boiling is particularly strong with this fella:

Good to see a few main stream articles calling out Abu Dhabi. Hopefully more to follow if only those journalists, who are not on the payroll, just took their heads out of their collective arses for a second to see what’s going on in plain sight.

The expensive media bombardment immediately following the outcome of this hearing, falsely and laughably proclaiming some sort of ‘City’ victory, was utterly shameful … bit unsurprising of course. As others have said, this isn’t football anymore. It’s certainly not sports and it’s not entertaining. It’s a tedious tantrum by a bunch of hideously spoiled brats.

I didn’t know much about Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Mansour before he/they bought this perennial underachieving football club, but safe to say that getting to know them and see how they have treated everyone else with total contempt, I utterly detest them all now on a level far broader than anything football related. So if sports-washing was the aim then for me it’s spectacularly backfired. If they haven’t already killed the sport than they’ve caused it terrible and irreversible damage. And for what? Ego? Adulation? Legacy?

They’re cancerous and need removing. It’s not about their pathetic little football club, it’s a much bigger issue than that.

But in Caoimhin Kelleher, Liverpool have arguably the world's most impressive back-up stopper"

This coupled with the world's best defender, forward, winger, tea lady, coach driver......
Stefan Ortega Moreno says "Hi!"

Not sure why he's so upset? We shared the last 7 league titles with them and if you only count goals scored from outside the box they'd have won every year.

Agreed - absolute and utter wanker - but he is just typical of the majority of them

It's a cult

They are the most cancerous club and that’s an horrible analogy to use that’s ever been in football, from the fan base to the wanker managers they’ve had, but think they are unique….how? Why?

How the fuck has this one club managed to collect so many brain-dead followers for so long without being investigated by the various mental health authorities? Biased fans I can get, I am one. Fans who take umbrage at the tiniest bit of criticism aimed at their clubs, yep, guilty as charged. But to be so blinkered that you are incapable of separating facts from opinions is something else entirely.
Accepting that your club fucks up now again is a part of supporting them, you take everything that following your club entails - warts an' all. We've had some lows in our time, God knows we have, but we don't try and deny it. No true Blue would ever claim that the club is -and always has been- the absolute best in the world. No genuine football fan would say that about their own clubs simply because they know it would be ridiculous.
But not this Kool Aid-imbibing sect, they seem incapable of accepting that at one time their club played in the lower divisions, that they had a very small group of followers and were not on MotD every Saturday evening. They cannot accept that once, however long ago it may be, their club was a shadow of the one that turns out in 2024.

Burying your head in the sand is one thing, keeping it there is something very very different.

They talk of others and how clubs can ruin them yet they completely ruined that lad's career. 25 years old and 16 PL starts, less than 50 total.
