Yeah, I suppose appealing to the elderly racist Mail and Express readers is all that matters. They received their vote at the Russian financed referendum, went even further with their lies at the last election to 'get brexit done', and it didn't matter one jot to their supporters their manifesto contained the treason bill that will make scenes of police oppression similar to those we have seen from protestors in St Petersburg being carted off to 15 year prison sentences a similar offence in the UK,
I may have got this wrong here, though. It may be public criticism of the government that carries a 15 year sentence. and protesting about it is just a 10 year sentence.
Whatever way round it is, it will be the executive that will be the judge, jury, and executioner, and not the legal process.
If Priti Patel doesn't like what you are saying, you'll be banged up.
Political prisoners in the UK.
It's the biggest assault on our rights since the Magna Carter was signed, but it's not all bad news. The House of Lords has rejected the notion that illegal immigrants are criminals. It couldn't be any other way, really, as we are members of the United Nations and wrote the rules defining the legal status of people arriving in countries without documents in the 1940's. What a bloody horrible country we live in now when the altruism of the generations that fought two world wars is now long lost, and barriers are put in place to deter displaced people wanting a safe place to live by a government that cares more about appealing to its core support of ignorant elderly racists than being decent human beings.
