Loyalty Points - Now a Joke

Any blue is as as gooda blue as the next. I dont give a fuck if they are black white, yellow gay, straight, etc etc.

Whats it got to do with loyalty points...Fuck all....

Is this the "I'm a better blue than they are thread!???"

Why should the one's that support sampdoria have priority and fans who have followed the club all over don't... or is it fine with you because they just say "I like city too."

Loyalty points are pretty much worthless if you ask me. So many people with loads of points just shif their tickets onto other people. I get annoyed that there is no separate scheme for aways, and that as a blue card holder due to work commitments will always be second in the queue to a season ticket holder who does not go to a single away game.

Should also point out if you want a ticket so badly you can generally get one. The only matches I've struggled for in the past couple of years were Wembley. Still managed a ticket for Villarreal which was looking a bit hairy, but generally you can get one, even if it is not on your own season card. It's bad that there is now a separate market for tickets, but I've not used my blue card for a single away game yet, it can't surely be that hard.

this. if i bought all the away tickets ive had this year on my actual card id have 100-200 more points.

i have not read everyones posts on here but i feel the same it is a joke and i am only 21 years old too i have been a season ticket holder for the past 7 years and have been to many away games too so i can really sympathise with older guys who have been going for decades.
i went to villarreal away and it sold out before i could get my ticket but listen to this...my dads knows a red and he knew someone who could get hold of tickets for us, yes thats right a fucking rag could get hold of tickets for an away champions league game for city and the cheeky bastard sold them to me for £100 a ticket and i needed 4!! i couldnt say no as i had already booked my flights etc but it was a joke and what made me more pissed off is that when i got to where i was sat it didnt sell out at all!!!!!
i also know someone who works for city too who is a rag and he gets 2 free tickets a time every home game (it wouldnt surprise me if it was for away games too) and he says quite a lot of people who work for the club are rags and they get 2 tickets free each time as well, its an absolute joke! i have come to the conclusion that that is why the north stand is never full because these rags who work for city cant be bothered selling them onto proper fans who want to go to games.
rant over

Those at the top of the loyalty points list can get tickets and sell them on, they make profit and get points.

Doesn't say on OSwhen it sold out and goes down to 3500 points my point being I wouldn't say many people missed out that wanted to go so there could of easily been empty seats if the tourists didnt go
A quick search on here says it sold out on Thursday 22nd March which was 4500 points. I'd say thats a fair amount of points when you think we start of with 1000 points for a season ticket and then get say an average of 20 points a game to get to 4500 you'd have to attend 175 games. The point that people in this thread are making is that people were clearly at there first games on saturday yet someone who might have been to 174 would have struggled for a ticket.

Because it didn't. If you look at the Arsenal away tickets thread people were still buying on the 23rd of March at 3,500 points. 3,500 is a pretty ordinary points total. I'd be extremely surprised if more than a few thousand season ticket holders have less than that. You're certainly no superfan at that level. The idea that hardcore awayers were denied tickets for this one is laughable.

You're right it was 3500 - I had just read the arsenal away ticket thread and people were saying that they couldnt get them online or on the phone at 4500 points but then more appeared the day after, I'd hazard a guess these were tickets previously part of the hospitality allocation as that was announced as sold out at a similar time.

Who said hard core away fans didnt get tickets? I certainly didnt, 3500 is certainly not hard core but I'd rather have some one with 3000 points next to me than someone with no real interest in city who claps when the other team scores.
