We've a potential 65 games per season. Moving to a team challenging on all fronts is different to life at Brighton with all due respect to them.Yes but he isn't going to want to play rotation with Rodri.
40+ games at City, or 40+ games at Brighton? I know which I'd choose. From his own mouth, Rodri needs a rest & this provides opportunities to others if they're good enough to grab them.

You still gotta understand the player in question will want to be seen as main man not somebody else backup and hated being seen as backup.
So that's why many of those player opt to choose a lesser quality midfield competition in order more guarantee starter and not being part of rotation.
