Lucas Paqueta investigated by FA for alleged betting breaches

What I don't understand is why have City left it this late for a £70m+ potential transfer.

The second you enter August, a £50m player becomes £70m minimum.

That's why we are seeing stupid numbers for Paqueta.

Pep must have seen something over pre-season that he just doesn't like the look of in our squad and has asked for an addition now to make amends.

More like pep has heard something from West Ham that has opened the door for this deal .

Maybe, but I think if we wanted Paqueta mate we would get him, whether it is now or back in May.

No player in world football outside of Real Madrid or Mbappe is turning us down.
