With those fees west ham are asking for rice and presumably paqueta, you'd think they were champions league contenders and not Europa conference league material who happened to finish in the bottom half of the league.
While we can't get interest (admittedly for various reasons) in our champions league winners, or clubs want them on the cheap at a point that is truly insulting if you believe what you read.

Like it or not it’s the going rate the numbers that are being talked about I know who I thought was the better player in midfield when we played West Ham last season good work rate plus that touch of flair he will fit us a treat
