I think City are in talks with West Ham for a reason. And if their starting bid was 70 mil, City def thinks hes worth a fee that is gonna be a major one. So you'd rather one of the richest clubs in the world(if not the richest) walked away from a player who looks like he'd fit in nicely to our squad with Prem experience and a regular starter for Brazil to save money?It would be if those fees weren't also massively inflated.
