There was an NHS "expert" on the news on Friday who was rather scathing about the potential report and said he could write it now.
"We recognise things went wrong and lessons have been learned. We've carried out a full investigation and have already put procedures in place to ensure it doesn't happen again." - That's not exactly what he said but you get the gist. He just didn't have faith in the system which is understandable.

She has no redeeming societal value and there appears no equivocation that she is the perpetrator of the heinous crimes of which she has been convicted.

Just seen that they do actually physically bring her to the court for sentencing, but she can choose to remain in the cell there. The van with her in has just turned up to court
