I would personally love to see a match-fit Ronaldinho in a City shirt, in World Cup year he is bound to want to play and get sharp in order to force his way back into the squad.
Money is no object so if he doesn't get fit he doesn't play.

Not so sure about that. That's like saying we should be 'surprised' that anyone signs for City.
Its weeks now we're linked on TV, Paper and Internet Media for Tevez, Eto, Lescott, Maicon and Toure.
Even you know about all of them right?
The point is, if any of them signed, as you already have known for weeks now (that we're after them)...it won't be a surprise.
That's why the reasoning is it must be a player who we haven't been linked with.
