Unrealistic, I know. But wouldn't it be nice to see some small developer/builder do a Shambles-type building somewhere in the City? 99% of these proposed developments, while impressive in their scale, are not particularly easy on the eye. I fully understand, by the way, that economics dictate the type of structure that is built.
