Frogmore reaffirms to deliver Cotton Quay, a major mixed-use development featuring almost 1,500 homes and two hotels, could begin this year, according to the developer.
George Edwards, development surveyor, said the company is hoping to get on site and begin early-stage works this year. He added that a reserved matters application firming up the outline elements of the scheme could also materialise in 2023.

We have worked closely with the team at Hawkins\Brown and RoC Consulting coordinating the building services design with Architecture, Structure & Civils. We're excited to watch this project develop

Yesterday, we welcomed Andy Burnham, the Mayor of Greater Manchester, as our guest of honour at the official opening of our new Manchester campus. He joined our CEO, Glenn Fogel, for a tour of the new Brooklyn-inspired workspace at Manchester Goods Yard.
