With first completions for The Blade scheduled for Q3 2023, our Construction Team have been making fantastic progress. Internally more than two thirds of the apartments kitchens and bathrooms have been completed with carpets installed in over half the apartments.

At our neighbouring Three60 development , the concrete frame is emerging rapidly and is now at level 40, with the external cladding panels installed up to level 28.

Construction on Crown Street Primary School is also progressing well, with the ground to 2nd floor slabs complete, and the 3rd floor slab in progress.

Works are also progressing on our public underground car park which will be ready for residents and the wider community to use in Q3 this year.

These Renaker guys don't mess about, this time next year these buildings will be up in the clouds.

Blade done for October, Circle for next April.

Yes i know mate, been having a look at the skyscraper city forum, what is happening in Manchester is seriously impressive for a regional city. Commented a few times on there, but soon gave up, makes Blue moon's matchday thread look reasoned.

They really shows the effort, hard work and passion every person involved in the construction of the Christie Patterson building project has put in to it.
