It could be the other side of the town hall extension where the toilets are heading into Albert square?
Either way they have done well to get a pic of it without a smack head in it, and a pic doesn't stink of piss and weed

Yeah; I'm not a fan of these same-y tower blocks going up, particularly down the bottom end of Deansgate. But hey; it's progress, I guess. To be fair, there is the odd okay-ish one. I think BT have a new building up with a lattice type effect on the outside of the building. Not sure that it's in the city centre, or a little bit "out in the sticks".

Sheltered there with neighbour’s daughter, after the treble victory parade when it went biblical… along with many many others.
Then managed to sneak in through a resident gate, till stewards locked it, to see the show.
What a day :-D

The building has been stripped back to the concrete and the steel beams.
