the time for stability is now IMO,

with the rags situation, we need constancy and to push on.

taking a risk on pellegrini isn't the answer. get the signings done and give mancini another whack at it.
With the rag's situation we need to strike while the iron's hot. They have a man in charge, being tutored by Fergie, who already schools Mancini almost every time they meet. Give him one Premiership trophy to settle and I'd predict that Utd will be equally as formidable if not more with Moyes as they are at the moment with Ferguson.

Hypothetically for yourself, what happens if we keep Mancini, we perform as inconsistently next season as this season and Mourinho has a similar impact at Chelsea as he did first time round? We're the third best team in England, changing manager at an even more disadvantageous time. My opinion is that that is the more likely scenario if we keep Mancini.

mancini has proven he can win the league.

that's a must now for next year, i'm only putting him a head of pellegrini hear.

IMO we can't bring in an unproven (in england) manager now.

the rags have taken a huge risk, we shouldn't.

We did win it, but it was on goal difference, against a poor Manchester United squad. It might sound defeatist but I don't think we'll have it that easy next season.

Ahh ain't you the optimist - it gets a bit desperate when you're predicting Utd will be more formidable with Moyes.
Hypothetically for yourself, what happens if we win the league and go far in CL? Will you still be here picking holes in his CC/FA cup failures or would you accept that bobby might not be the bumbling idiot that I'm sure you do?

-- Thu May 09, 2013 6:48 pm --

Wow - fucking wow! Did you not let out a little smile when we won it in the most unforgettable circumstances in the premier league era or did you go and have a little sulk because it was only goal difference against a poor Utd team? Probably get shouted down for this but miserable fucks like you don't deserve to follow City.

doesn't matter, we were the best in the league.

they must have gained about 10 points on us through refereeing decisions.

"but it was in goal difference" yeah, so, what difference does that make? That's like saying "yeah we did win the European Cup but it was only on penalties".

And United had two more players in their squad this season to last, they had a good squad last season as well as this; deeper than ours in both seasons.
