Probably something to do with Clayton Aniline then

more than likely correct but progress none the less - the fact that the name has been changed recently implies contracts being signed etc are imminent.

Ah.. searching that UK data site does indeed bring up two results... interesting how many registered Sport City companies there are. Would a charity be a company?

How long does it take to build a stadium? Does it look feasible that construction starts at the end of this season and building open next season? I don't think so, but I don't know much about these things either. I've seen house built in a week so what do I know :)
my god, you've really seen a house built in a week?! - I trust this was in lego?

This, to me, is more likely. Development Companies happen all the time especially when we have very business orientated owners that know how to operate. It could be for the continued development of the local area or closer links to the community as a whole. No biggie

of course development companies happen all the time, maybe not so much since credit crunch...., but the most valid point with this is that we have chosen to name the company Manchester City Developments Limited - this in itself outlines that it is development relevant to the club, anything that is bought and developed around our stadium and/or including development of the stadiium itself is big news.

imo of course.

This means nothing

at what point does anyone need to be called a fool?

i don't give a rats arse what you do for a living and as such i won't tell you what i do for a living either.

grow up.

Erm OK.

Are we all focussed again?

Lol

Heres a thought - and I am sure there's enough talented people on BM to get the overall answer.

Would it be cost effective to build a new stadium at the Aniline site whilst maintaining full capacity at COMS rather than an expensive rebuild at COMS where at least a stand (or poss more) is lost for a season.

A balance between cost of build whilst maintaining full revenue from COMS against cost of expansion with reduced revenue at COMS.

Hmmm i wonder.......
