Personally even then I would feel that we couldn't compete against the world class talents of flanagan, sakho and henderson.

The fact that the dippers can name world class English talents such as
Johnson
Flanagan
Henderson
Sterling and Sturridge
Then England must have a chance for the World Cup surely!?

All home-developed in the anfield way of course too, no transfer fees involved.
Surely the kop has to make the 23 for Brazil as well?

I have a feeeling the pressure will be too much for their younger/inexperianced players - 1-3. The pressure is on them to win as a draw will be a good for us with our remaining games. They have Chelsea to play who I think will at least get a draw.

I'm not one for the build up either as it wrecks me.

Although we need to keep it tight early doors, I reckon it's going to be one of those games where it doesn't go to plan. We'll concede early and then have to go after them and the game will become end to end and be stretched all over the place. It's then just going to be a shootout and we have to hope our players have their finishing boots on, and theirs don't.

Impossible to predict the outcome, imo.

Liverpool will be quite happy to defend deep and do us on the counter attack if they get an early goal.

Why all the nerves. You've seen the game plan in action all ready. Defend till half time, high line, press their midfield into mistakes, keep the ball. If the opportunity to score comes along take it otherwise 0-0 at half time and they will be starting to panic. 15 mins into 2nd half step it up, go on the front foot and watch their bottle go big style. Shergar and Sinnita will be increasingly desperate to score and instead of trying to create chances they will be flinging themselves to the floor at every opportunity. City 3 red sh*te 1 ( token 97th minute penalty). Job done.

Just leaving south east London now.. To Euston to meet up with my dipper client who has kindly invited me to watch in his dipper corporate area.

Liverpool's corporate facilities are the least impressive in the Premier League imo, in spite of their delusions of grandeur as a club.
