so the club have succumbed to the media , the two Spanish executives from Barcelona have got a lot to answer for , how they have let this situation be played out in the public domain is a disgrace. If it is true and Mancini is history , then if this pelegrini guy fails , they two Spanish waiters should also lose their jobs. They have done nothing to support Roberto since they arrived , in fact they have done the opposite and undermined him from day one , I would rather see these two spanish clowns leave than Roberto .
Let me say it again. The one person to blame for this is Mancini. He's fucked up in Europe, his interpersonal skills are zero and there have been at least two threats to resign since he signed his new contract. He's the boy who cried wolf and the wolf has just gone for his throat.

You do realise that was 2 different boards and the new one put him on the map?

Zin, you do realise that some people are not well informed? ;-)

He was fluent, if i'm not mistaken, when he nearly signed for us in 2006ish me thinks!

He studied English when he was a player in the Middle East because he wanted one day to work in England. Obviously he didn't learn it to join City but it is not unreasonable to assume that he wants to manage in England at some point.

Mancinis gone. Talksport

Thank you Mancini for everything, you will go down as a legend.

And welcome to Manchester, Pellegrini.

I'm not impressed by the "1894 Group" on Twitter (the group working with the club over the atmosphere) degrading Pellegrini ("rather dig up Alan Ball") when it's almost definite he's arriving and will need our support. Some are saying we're turning into Chelsea fans (Rafa) and they may be right, especially if the boos start for Pellegrini. Ironically these same people are comparing the club to Chelsea (even though we're sacking a manager after 3 1/2 years, not 3 1/2 months).

We are supposed to support the club more than the manager, some now support the manager more than the club.

Just read this off the BBC page..

Tim in Manchester: "My flat overlooks the Etihad and about an hour ago a very swish looking helicopter took off from just behind it... Talks?"

I suspect Tim may be telling porkies.

Its Barratts with the plans for pellegrinis new house. Or maybe its challenge Anika, trying to find a manager to get us through the CL group stages.. :)

So to recap. 50 odd pages of Mancini 'breaking news' with no actual breaking news and Pep learnt English last week to work for City in 2 years time which means that we are discussing the sacking of the new man before he's even been appointed which has got to be a City record. Marvellous.

Its a simple concept . Pellegrini instills the spanish football flair and philosophy for about 3 years and Pep finally takes over after giving Bayern the media attention they've been looking for. Pep didn't take out a whole year to study English just so he could be the Manager of a club in Germany.

based on ................

Think he is joking tbh
