You missed Lescott....... - instrumental in our success.

We weren't excactly a team of duffers.
I wonder what our guests thought of us before Mancini?

"Where you from...Manchester...ahhh you support man utd yes...no city...who"

Something like that i imagine :D
Maybe it calls for another FantasyIreland thread to discover the answer

That's some complex you've got there Blue Heaven.

5 of the last 7 posts, excluding this one, all originating from your worn down keyboard.

Unlike many others, I do not reside in this thread. I check in every day, for a limited amount of time, and reply to posts I haven't seen if I wish to. Especially if some of them are specifically asking that I be banned. If you cannot comprehend that, I feel sorry for you...

Actually, it is Sheikh Mansour who has 'given us a world class team' not Bobby, nor Khaldoon, nor anyone else. Sheikh Mansour is the club, not anyone else. Players come and go, and so do managers.
Mansour gave us Mancini who then assembled a world class team for us..

Only partially true, as Hart, Kompany, Richards, Zabs, Kolo, Barry and Tevez were already in place. However, I thank you for proving my point. No Sheikh, no rattle, no roll...
Never said anythings els. I believe everyone connected to the club is part of our success. You are the one who believe Mancini is holding us back, which ofcource you are entitled to.

A club blessed by great fortune, with their resources, ambition and determination, coupled with the appointment of a good manager, they cant fail to become a dominant force in European football.

I wish it was my club........

I think you'll find only one post addressed you personally, the rest, mere condescension.

And don't feel sorry for me, you see, I'm not the one who feels the need to gain self worth and indulge my arrogant complex on an internet forum. In fact, I feel sorry for you...

Thank you so much, then. Have a lovely day, to match your disposition.

This is bullshit

The fans are the club, we have been there through thick and thin, passed down from generation to generation, if you were here you would see families of blues at the semi final

WTF? We wouldnt have had honor to watch Yaya, Silva,Aguero if it werent for Mancini.

The present city team is made of Mancini signings he AND ONLY he we have to thank for all the success we got.

Money dont buy you titles or success, look at QPR look at Liverpool.

Mancini has given us a world class team who play world class football to question him is mental.

Actually, it is Sheikh Mansour who has 'given us a world class team' not Bobby, nor Khaldoon, nor anyone else. Sheikh Mansour is the club, not anyone else. Players come and go, and so do managers.

I'm very grateful for what Sheikh Mansour has done for the club.

But no owner, player or manager will ever "be the club".

You keep stating this that people who want to keep Mancini want him sainted or idolised. This is simply not true I and I think many others do not want a change of manager because there are no guarantees that by changing the manager things would improve
Once again, it's not about all people wanting him to stay being of that mindset, there's many on here that either post good debating posts back, or alternatively, don't bother posting in a thread they don't like (apparently a ridiculous concept).

It's the ridiculous attacking and accusations that come from the worshippers from claims of the "doubters/outers" being reds, to Chelsea fans, to having multiple accounts, to hoping City get beat, to being a Soviet Spy etc, that are both annoying and amusing in equal measure.

I think for some it's like an idolization thing...the sort of men who walk round with player's names on their backs, or asking players for photos, that kind of thing. Football support is about the hero worship of the individuals involved for them.

Hello Chaps. Been away for a couple of weeks. Had a feeling the canonisation of Saint Bob would have started ;-)

It is clear that some people who want Mancini out are claiming that those who don't are incapable of criticising him which I was trying to point out is not true. The opposite of wanting a manger out is wanting him in not CANONISATION, WORSHIP or IDOLISATION all terms used by those wanting him out

I just feel at this time with what he has won we should stick with the present manager as change does not guarantee that anyone else would have more success clearly if a new manager guaranteed greater success then I would be all for it but its not that easy
