Just seen the Klopp interview on SSN. The man is as mad as a box of frogs. Funny as fuck. Looks like a tramp as well. Perfect english by the way.

I like him.

Absolute crackers, he's brilliant.

Brilliant guy, I just love the way he laughs lol! Top man, wish him all the best, and I'd be glad to see him at City if Mancini leaves.

@tancredipalmeri: Manchester City have contacted Manuel Pellegrini in past days, according to Sky Italy.

@dimarziotweet: Il City sulle tracce di Pellegrini. E ci provò anche la Roma… <a class="postlink" href="http://t.co/OxEQFkQhAg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://t.co/OxEQFkQhAg</a>

More of a temptation. Manchester City are serious about Manuel Pellegrini, coach of a profile they like with Mancini remains poised for the next season. Pellegrini Malaga with its enchanted, touched the semifinals of the Champions. And there is a background flavor Italian: Roma tried to get him in the past years.

Him or Klopp!

Is this the right forum for the team who beat u*d in their own swamp less than 48 hours ago? Your manager deserves better. Our poxy media would suck the life out of Klopp within 3 months.

So, let me get this right.

City are going to replace Mancini, who lost out to Dortmund in the hardest CL group going, and replace him with a chap who got through a (perceived) easier group but lost out to Dortmund in a Quarter Final.

This, the same Mancini who is steering us towards a runners up spot and a possible Cup Final berth.

Be careful what you may be wishing for.

Well, I'm italian and I'm always in love with Bob, because he played for my team, and he was pure class.
Sometimes I do not understand the critics to him, and the comparisons with other managers.
Mancini won with ALL the teams that he managed, including Fiorentina and Lazio... I don't think that this is simple.

Klopp is a young manager, and he did a great job so far... but he did not manage a team that was forced to win, like City would be.
Pellegrini did a great job with small team, but i'm not shure his way of playing can be good for a top team.

Personally, I see just 4 managers that could be like Bob: Mourinho, Guus Hiddink,Ancelotti and Capello.

I am staggered, absolutely staggered at the anti Mancini sentiments expressed in this thread. 3rd, 1st and 2nd in the PL in the last 3 seasons, 1 and hopefully2 FA cups, playing regularly nice football, and yet so many posters on here want to throw the baby away with the bathwater and start again with a new manager - how many years did it take fergiscum to win a premier league?

I just wished the scum hierarchy had reacted in the same way as some of our mard arsed hissy fit posters on here and sacked fergiscum any time they finished second the year after winning the League, it is laughable (in a really unfunny way)

I'm still not sold on MP; in fact, I'd rather stick with Mancini than replace him with MP. If Bobby chose to leave, I'd see MP as an option but not top of the pile.

I would give Bob the heave ho for Klopp though.
