Mancini ; I stay at City

Actually what you are saying doesn't really come close to telling the whole story.

Juventus were relegated, but as already stated, Inter won 17 games in a row and finished the season on 97 points. I'd imagine 97 points would have won them the league in any season.

Fiorentina were deducted 15 points but even without that deduction they would have still finished 24 points behind Inter. Milan were deducted 8 points but again, even without that deduction, they would have finished 28 points behind Inter. Their closest rivals were Roma and they finsihed 22 points behind Inter, without any deductions.

You are making the mistake of letting the facts get in the way of the usual anti-Mancini bollocks.

Some are clearly fuming that he is cementing his position at City by actually succeeding where all along they were adamant he would fail, and personally I would question the allegiance of anyone who wants City to fail just so they can be proven 'right all along' on a fucking messageboard.

Not rags, no doubt, but there are other words for what they are, and 'City supporters' aren't two of them IMO.

absolute bollocks.
there wont be one person (blues) on here that wants city to fail for any reason including wanting rid of a manager.
that is reserved for the people that wanted hughes gone.

mancini has got the reigns of our beloved city and people want that honour to be carried out in the best possible way, nothing wrong with that.

The thing with Ibrahimovic also doesn't really tell the full story. First of all, he wasn't that prolific when he played for Juventus. He wasn't even played as an out and out striker in a number of games. His goal-scoring record was worse than 1 in 3.

His first season at Inter was 06/07 (the season described above). He only scored 15 league goals. 3 less than Rolando Bianchi, and only 5 more than Marco Materazzi. Inter scored 80 league goals. In other words, 65 goals weren't scored by him.

I've seen plenty of articles that discredit Mancini for his achievements in Italy, but they all have one thing in common. They're ill-researched and the match fixing scandal is always brought up to downplay his achievement. Your post is no different. What Mancini is doing here pretty much mirrors what he was doing at Inter. I don't see how anybody can have any complaints about that.

I highly doubt if he will reply to your post.

Did Inter go 9 away games without a win ? How many of those 9 away games did you get of your arse and attend, including trips abroad. I have every right to complain when for 3 months we've struggled to beat teams like county and fucking Aris. Mancini wins a cup and and gets top 4 the man will be come a City legend and no doubt keep his job. Jose is the best manager in Europe IMO, that's why I want him, not because I hate Mancini but because Jose is the dogs bollocks.

That should be the end of all this Juve bullshit then.

I want reassurances we wont be playing the same 'style' of boring sideways claptrap we endured for 75mins of every game this Season...................then I'll get behind him. (and that Barry will not be in the 1st team).

Well hopefully he'll be releasing a statement to reassure you then.

Something along the lines of:

"I want to reassure ANY1aBLUE that we wont be playing the same 'style' of boring sideways claptrap he has had to endure for 75mins of every game this Season, and I hope that I can now rely on his ongoing support"

R Mancini.

Well it's good only about half a dozen posters are still questioning Mancini! There's only a few teams in world football that play entertaining football and win Trophies(rags are not one of em by the way) what do you want us playing like we have this season and possibly win something! Or play like spurs win fuck all!

All that sacking the manager would do is reinforce constant destabilizing that's had such a negative effect on us for so long.

I'm not complaining about owt Bob has done, agreed some of the football has not been dazzling but all in all I'm well happy and will be pleased to see him stay.

His reaction at Wembley was key for me

Ok let's play like spurs and Arsenal and win fuck all then! Because I'd watch us play this style of play all day long if we end up winning trophies!

Also it hasn't done the rags no damage playing there park the bus football

its all in the manager and his game plan. if we had fergie we'd piss the league and i mean really piss it with this set of players.
bob has a lot to learn.
