How the fuck has this allowed to be news on the eve of the FA cup final?

Can someone tell me what the f*ck's actually happened, as because of the chopping of the thread all i can make out is that Balague's said Pellegrini's on his way to City, one BlueMoon member's tried to claim he has a source...but that's it?!?

This could all quite easily just be a few rags having a few quid at the bookies to unsettle us before our big day.

Sorry, had to split the thread as it seemed to be slowing the server down. You can saee the old thread here:

Malaga manager Manuel Pellegrini has been backed in to 1/4 favourite to be the next manager of Manchester City following a series of hefty bets on Friday.

It is sky so it could be pre final shit stirring.

Balague wrote a story in AS, saying that Pellegrini is confirmed. He also describes Suleiman Al-Fahim as our owner. I'm a bit dubious about it, to put it mildly. The story is here:

Only a "bit" dubious given the name of our owner he's used ?

Re: Manchester City close on Pellegrini (merged)

Sulaiman Al-Fahim is the owner of Manchester City.NOT!!!

if this is true city are dumb

i dont rate mancini if city want to he European giants but if your gonna get rid of him, for a manager like mourinho, klopp, guardiola or even ancelotti

pellagrini? i mean wtf...
If you think this is bad, imagine being a Barcelona fan when Mourinho was turned down and a youth manager appointed.

Can't we just deleted the thread altogether, or at least hide it until after the game tomorrow? This sort of rumourmongering panic is doing no-one any good, and isn't healthy ahead of a big game tomorrow.

Re: Manchester City close on Pellegrini (merged)

I don't believe a word of it

Re: Manchester City close on Pellegrini (merged)

This is deliberate timing no doubt. Fortunately all the players want that FA Cup winners medal for themselves, not the manager, and that should be enough for them.
