Mancini puts Onouha back in the First Team Squad

When Micah Richards sustains a serious injury (and he will), we will be delighted to have Nedum around.

Doubt it. Probably 5th choice centre back and 5th choice right back.

Sadly just not good enough for Champions League and Premier League but may come in handy for a couple of League/FA Cup games against weaker opposition.

Personally I doubt he'll start a league game this season barring a crippling injury list.

At the end of the day both parties are to blame,Cooks secret e mail is now in the open fuelling the fires of his incompitance, trying to bullshit his way out of it is even worse.

The Onuohas havent done us a favour by uncovering Cooks ruthfulness either, its quite obvious that Mancini is his own man when choosing teams and squads and wouldnt be swayed by the Cook v Onuoha's squabble. They must really have a big grudge with Cook and City to drag the club through the shite like they have, yes Onuoha was here when we were shit but so was Cook aswell.

Onuoha will probably at best play a few Carling Cup games and late in the game cameos, but come on fellas the bloke aint good enough for City now.He will get sold either January or in the summer, lets just hope the damage this has caused isnt lasting.

Please don't tell me you're comparing a stupid email to RAPE!
Dax loves his hyperbole.
No hyperbole here. Redmizzle is just pretending not to understand what I was doing. I was simply tracing Original's logic and using an extreme case to show it made no sense.

Originals claim was thus:

If you want a chance at "X", You shouldn't report "Y" that happened to you.

In Onuoha's case: X is football, Y is a an email in poor taste
In Example Secretary, X was being the effective secretary, Y was "rape", but let's replace that with unwanted sexual overtures, or harassment. The point still stands the same, just like no one would in good conscience want their sister to keep mum when her boss is harassing her at work, their is no reason for anyone to want Onuoha to keep his mouth shut about something bad done to his family.

You're all missing the point here.

It doesn't matter a jot if Ned is picked to play on Saturday (or any other game for that matter). You see, he won't be able to play because He'll be at home looking after his **** of a mother.

She needs round the clock care because she's still getting over receiving a nasty email that was worse than finding out she had cancer. She actually forgot about the email as it was sent 11 months ago (I do hope she hasn;t got Alzheimers as well) but then remembered shortly after that evil bastard Cooke ruined her chance of a good pay day by refusing to sanction a contribution to Ned's wages in order to send him on loan to Everton.

The poor woman then needed consoling in the arms of Kia Jorabchim as the memories of that horrid email came flooding back from 11 months previous.

Sorry Ned, you may or may not be good enough to play for us again, but your agent is a selfish, publicity seeking, drama queen woman. And your "advisor" is not much better.

Good luck playing for Sheff Utd or Nottingham Forest cos that's where your mother is going to ensure you end up. Shame.

Er... that IS hyperbole by the very definition of the word. It's also Reductio ad Absurdum.

Rereading what Onuoha said on Soccer AM, it just makes me laugh.

Stephen Ireland is one name which is constantly being linked with a move away from the club, and this week Mancini said the player 'must change his head' before the new season.

However, Onuoha beleives his team-mate is the ultimate professional and admitted his surprise at his manager's remarks.

"To be honest the general consensus is that his head is probably a little bit too small!" he joked.

"But I heard that and I was a bit surprised to be honest because he's one of the hardest working players I've ever played with. And he's probably the best player I've ever played with as well.

"As you know he's got unbelievable tekkers!"

Wonder if he still thinks Mancini misjudged Ireland.

Some great points here kazzy but flb where do you come from - Onuoha was here when we were shit - yeah ok but so was Cook as well? Just like the tea lady was and so was I, to all the Cook haters out there can you give us a heads up as to who you will villify when he has gone and people on here - or should I say some just love to knock someone. Long gone are the days of self implodement aka Swales who took took took. Now should be a time for fulfilment but alas there will always be the pesimists who are always up for a bit of back stabbing - shame on you!

CTID at least!
