Mancini Removed From The Stadium

I think under the circumstances, with the new season starting with a new manager, and Mancini's tenure ending in a strained and unfortunate manner to put it mildly, it's not really that big a deal if a poster of him has been taken down.

I actually agree with a few people who have said that the time will come when he will take pride of place in our hall of fame for the trophies he brought. That time however, isn't a few months after he was unceremoniously sacked.
All fair comment Billy.
I agree too.

why not do something inventive, send a message instead of whinging ..... find an advertising board outside the stadium, rent it out for a year (set up a twitter donation thing like that kid did) and then ....... relax.

I was at the Stadium today and the Mancini display on the side of the Stadium has been replaced by Joe Hart... I find this bizarre, he is, will always be part of our history. Why would the powers that be remove him?
Do you have pictures of your ex around the house?

So they're just gonna stalk him on Facebook from now on?

I've just realised what these Mancini threads remind me of!!

~Hey Thaksin, leave our Sven alone~!!!!

Don't worry, you can respond all you want now, just leaving for the match. Have a good evening guys, see you there.

mancini failed to deliver last season. his sacking was justified. he does not deserve a statue, poster or anything.

This is the shit that gets peoples backs up, he won us the league and FA Cup after a life time of shite, for that alone he should have every City fans respect.

I couldn't give two fucks about the poster as I alluded to earlier, it is the lack of respect for a man that delivered us our first trophies in donkeys years that really pisses me off.

Absolutely no need for it at all.

As I also said earlier I am right behind the new manager and the players in the coming season.

he didn't win anything last year, bluealf. i'm really upset about not winning anything last year.

in my opinion he does not deserve legend status.

i'd have a lot more respect for mancini if he said sorry for not winning anything, instead he brags about winning 3 trophies, one of them being the charity shield. he blames internationals, injuries, the owners, but never himself. did i mention that he brags about winning the charity shield?

Well that says more about you really.

44 years for the league title is nothing special I guess.

it would've been special if he didn't spend over £285 million.

btw, mancini was being pessimistic last year, he didn't believe City could win, it was never his aim. at one point he thought the title race was over, it was brian kidd who told him that it wasn't over yet.
