Mancini tactics taking a beating on soccer saturday

It's interesting that so many pundits /commentators or whatever have all had a go at the way mancini has set City up to play most of the time. Good job we City fans know better than the so called experts!

Did I read those experts saying we don't get enough players into the box? Of course not as we don't have that attacking midfield players do we seemed to be the response on here!! Really. Do you have to be a so called attacking midfield player to attack? Isn't it possible for any midfield player to attack or the full backs or both the strikers at the same time or the other wide player?

The reality is that we havent put many players into the box because that's the way we are sent out to play. A largely cautious approach and we will have to wait and see whether that's the way it will continue.

Did the pundits/commentators/experts notice that the way Mancini sets us up most of the time has meant we've conceded half as many goals, scored just just as many and increased our points average compared to the way the previous manager set up the same squad?

they are not experts they are all failed managers/coaches..

If they were truly football experts they wouldn't be former international footballers earning a very nice living giving the world the benefit of their knowledge on Sky TV, they would, in fact, be posting on Bluemoon instead.

agree with this. Many threads and conversations would never be had if Kolo and Ade put their chances on goal.

I'll admit that the offense was a bit light, but it can't be ignored that we missed a golden shot on at least one goal with the Toure header.

Spurs had as many shots as we did, and they bungled a few opportunities, but made one. That was the difference in the game, along with their defenders looking better.

Mancini will probably have to adjust his tactics next year.
