A bitter chap who was disgruntled by the Hughes sacking and from day 1 preached negativity against Mancini. Odd

I disagree. If City had appointed someone he liked then he'd never have said what he said. For me, Dave just speaks his mind and gives his opinion. He does well to get so many people talking.
Constantly insult people and belittle them and they talk about you? I would never have guessed that.

But Peoff-As a previous poster says-If that piece had been written by Neil Custis,Paul Smith,Ollie Holt to name but 3 this place would have been in meltdown.
This is one thing I can't agree with you on pal-the article is just a knife in the back

Really?! No wonder he fooked off after a single season then.

Self serving drivel, but did anybody expect anything else ?

I backed Hughes and I backed Mancini and no doubt I will back whoever gets the job, because I don't want to hate anybody at the club I support and then have to hope City lose at some point so I can say I told you so to some strangers on the internet.

Everyone has their opinions about our old boss.
What I will say is that Dave has obviously sat down, had a think, and written a good article based on his opinion. And it makes complete sense and good reading. I'm sure their is someone on here who could make just as good an article while appreciating what Mancini did do for us.
It would be great if everyone on here could be as succinct as Dave when posting, rather than just offering poorly punctuated one liners and calling everybody rags.
Well done Dave, that was a great article!

I think you need to read more in fairness fella it isn't a great article at all and the timing says more about the author(i hate to use that word in this context) than it does about the manager.

Mancini was asked to manage the club and he did it to the best of his ability, it is all you can ask of anybody, we had ups and downs and now it is all over and we move on.

I will remember the FA cup win but especially the final day of last year and it will always make me smile. Having a go is pointless with no benefit to anyone.

And this is the reason why it is a shit article because there is no reason for anybody on here to even waste their time reading it, it doesn't give them anything new or meaningful.

Didsbury Dave thinks Mancini was useless no shit sherlock

Next week Rascal tells us he thinks Cameron is a bit of a C**t

Thats an odd argument indeed.

If City appointed Mel C to be manager i would be delighted as i like her, doesnt mean she can do a job. When City appointed the rag twat Hughes i didnt slag him off even though i hated the ****.

Lots of players and managers have had my hatred over the years but i havent felt the need to come on here and slag them off or spend day after day arguing against them.

I only did that with one person and that was that Thai twat. I wish i had wrote as sad a missive about him when he left as DD has with Mancini

Fucking post of the year!

Jeez you're easily pleased fella.

One thing to be said about Dave is yes, such was his conviction in his opinion of Bob, he would have wrote it.He enjoyed that day as much as any of us and to suggest otherwise is frankly fucking ridiculous and smacks of someone who can only attack the poster rather than his argument.

so why didnt he ?? but we all know that....Its all about timing..bad timing back then, perfect timing today,24 hrs after Bob get sacked..This was done for the reaction its getting..some react to the blog some react to the writer...Dave knows the score...

The same blog wouldnt get a sideways glance if it were done in say..3 months time..

The hurt is still very strong amongst the majority on here who wanted Bob to stay....The Blog was aimed at us..the hearts on our sleeves posse..

DD isn't happy unless he's being unpleasant to fellow blues, Sam. Sheer nastiness informs everything he says. The timing for him was exquisite.
