Show me then these stone cold facts then. I don't think that is too much to ask.

As if I would on here.

I will give you the tip of the iceberg as it's in the public domain. This article is directly from Manchester City and tells a tenth of the real story. I've been told that real story, but I'm not saying any more.

Roberto is now managing games near the Syrian border because he can't keep his mouth shut. Italian clubs are well aware of his loose lips in front of cameras, which is why they stay clear despite his trophies.

Which owner/DOF wants to wake up one day and find themselves being criticised in the papers by their own employee?

only thing worse than stubboness is desperation to be proved right.

bob buries pelli all day long.

not in the dressing room, not in the canteen or in social circles but on the field of play.

you know, the bit that matters.
All opinion, of course.

You realise it's actually impossible for Pellers to have won a trophy for us at this stage?

And to be fair, we're challenging on three more fronts than we were this time last year.

But you go ahead and call other posters stubborn.

That article worries me more because of things like players that are still at the club texting journo's slagging off the manager of the club (and he hasnt covered himself in glory under a different manager either).

If the article is true I know which players I would trust the opinion of. Zaba and the Toure brothers everytime over the likes of Joe Hart, Bellamy, Adebayor etc. Furthermore Aguero said the fall out with the players (allegedly) was all paper talk and Micah spoke of how he had improved as a player under him, again allegedly as I do not believe anything in the papers and questions are generally loaded.

Thanks Dave this article has further vindicated my appreciation of the man.

We have ONE more point in the league compared to this time last season. Hardly earth shattering after spending £100m

I supported Mancini as much as anyone did and Did's D' and I were poles apart with how we felt the club should move forwards in the title defence season but I can tell you that I am glad Mancini was moved on.

I am privy to a few things from time to time and as the picture became clearer it was as obvious as this oversized nose on my beautiful face that Roberto had not only lost the dressing room he had lost many other parts of the club too.

I reckon the press and PR people can now at least got out for a meal of an evening or a walk in the park with their kids on a weekend and not be interrupted by calls to clarify, requests for quotes or a need to put out yet another fire caused by the man from Jesi.

on who though ? are you happy with Fern, Negredo, Navas ? prefer that than £40 mill on players who shouldn't be near the squad, also not just better points total, cup final and out of a CL group

But it's a much tighter league this year, proved by the fact that we were NINE points off the top this time last year after a loss at Southampton, we're still in Europe, going to the League up final and favorites for the FA Cup.

Not earth shattering, but a steady and clear improvement.
