For a homegrown ball-playing English CB no way you will get that for Cucurella for one season. Not without a bidding war.

The upper limit that I said I'd be happy for Kalvin Phillips is exactly what City paid in the end. I think a fee between £30-40 million would suit both parties and that's what I expect us to pay.

We could easily triple his wages, if you do that to keep him on board he becomes the 2nd highest paid player.

Is he worth that much to you? No. You'll be able to get a replacement for sub £25mil and keep your wages at the same level.

So you changed it from 4 season of losses to debt. I agree we owe Tony Bloom £270m but that has built up over 13 years not the first 4 season in prem.
