The issue we’ve got, that football has, is that once again the selling club demanding an outlandish fee is vindicated and can do it again in the future as can any other club.

Transfer fees will only get worse from here!

Fact is a valuation, of anything, can be defined as a sufficient price that can be agreed between a buyer and seller.

If Chelsea are willing to pay it then it proves Brighton were correct to ask for it.
