Marcos Lopes

The most impressive thing was the amount of times he nicked the ball off players. High pressing is all the rage these days, so it looks like he'll be perfectly suited for the modern game once he matures further.

Honest assessment blues, him or Adam Jigjag? he's the only rezzie I think will make it here. Rekik elsewhere.
Lopes, all day, every day. He can hit a cross to a team-mate for starters.

Fully agree with what's being said about Lope's attitude, he's been really working hard to get where he is so far, but there is still a long way to go, and as already been said with Viera in the background, I hope Lopes will keep his feet on the ground and continue developing into a good prospect for us..............

We've had lots of kids that showed flashes of brilliance over the years. I think the impressive thing is his strength, for someone so young. Give him another go Saturday.
I remember when we thought Willo Flood was mutts nuts

So how do we ensure Barca don't just come in and poach him, like they did with Suarez and Roman? Hopefully he stays loyal to us, because in the coming years there'll be a lot of interest in him.

Denayer will definitely make it here imo

Can't see any other current EDS players being good enough but you never know

Full pro contracts and the fact that he's getting more first team game time here than those 2 combined at barca. We ensure he stays loyal by making sure that Manchester City is an attractive option.

Nowhere near enough game time to make an informed decision, though I will admit his general appetite and attitude to the game last night was very impressive. I prefer players who try and play in the spirit of the game infinitely more than those who don't. It's like asking if you'd rather have Suarez or Aguero - Both talented, but one is a **** and the other is so brilliant he'll probably go on to cure cancer.
