When we were actually awarded the hosting of the tournament there were major issues with safety at games. The tournament helped in the process of cleaning up football in England.
Euro 2012 could be a huge force for good in Poland and Ukraine. Grounds have improved and hopefully the tournament will help with the racism problem.
Sorry mate but the hooligans in england prior to 96 was not based on race. A racist is a bigot and bully. If you ignore a bully does he stop and go away? No! Fact show me a bully and underneath you will find a racist.
