Football and your kids getting sent down are nothing like the same. If balotelli was being wrongly accused of something which didn't happen then fair enough, back him to the hilt but the fact is, he lashed out. Whether he meant to get Parker's face or not is irrelevant, (and I don't think he did try to hurt him), because the intention to stamp back is enough to warrant the ban he's received. Redknapp is looking out for his team and his club as with Balotelli gone, its a glimmer of hope they can catch us up. Mancini would do the same thing i'm sure. Bottom line though is if Balotelli hadn't done it, Redknapp would have had nothing to bitch about.
It is down to one persons actions alone, Balotelli.
