ive made 3 seperate replies here and they are all getting deleted - what gives? Nothing inappropriate - only slightly sarcastic. Is someone overstepping their moderation rights just because they dont like what i say? Or is the board just gone mad because of too many visitors?

I'm slightly disappointed at the sacking of Hughes, but if I'm honest after some of the performances over the recent weeks I'm not surprised. Hughesy has built some solid foundations for the club to build on. He has got us into our first semi-final in years and left us within touching distance of the top 4. He has signed some of the best players in the world and some battlers who are much needed when you have the likes of Robinho in your side.

Mark Hughes I am very grateful for your contribution to our football club and I thank you for everything you have done for us.

Absolutely Mike. He has never achieved anything in management and quite frankly I couldn't give a toss whether he goes somewhere else or not, really couldn't care less.

I was here before Hughes and I will be here after Hughes.....

You just wait and see how good this team will play when they have someoine in charge who knows what he's doing.

At the end of the day we made progress under him but for the amount of money spent it should have been a natural progression to be honest. I wish him all the very best for his future career and thank him for his efforts here. I just hope Mancini is the one to take us to the next level.

Ive seen City win the league and cups and now as a 51 year old supporter im disgusted and shocked at the stupidity of the club.
So in 6 months mancini hasnt done anything what then????
