Have to say, the after match analysis on BT is very good. Jenas was good too. Shame Darke wasn't.

Darke just seemed to be trying to say something anti or controversial about us. Jenas actually put him in his place a couple of times.

Good result in the end, despite plodding a bit at the start of the second half. Nice goals too, looking a bit more like the City of the last few seasons again near the end. Just need to keep that standard going now.

Tbh, I wouldn’t say it was great. It was good enough and that was all we needed it to be.

Lots of positives, especially with the centre back pairing of Dias and Laporte and the increasing influence of Foden on this team.

The only negative for me is that we are still far to content to play backwards or square passes rather than move it fonward at pace. The last goal is the perfect illustration of what happens when we play quickly.

And Leicester is the perfect illustration of what can happen when it goes wrong. We did not need to chase the game. They wanted to keep it 1-0 until 15 minutes to go, we played a perfect game plan and won 3-0.

Pure vintage City of 2017-18, 2018-19. Although it did look thoroughly offside, I didn't care. It was the smoothness of transition from player to player that reminded me of what we can do at our best.
