We can nitpick all we want. It's easy in the comfort of our seats. He was doing alright, but that was really a no-win situation for him. Not sure, but that pass was weighted very well and led Kompany to play Messi offside with Demichelis with his lack of pace having to make that awful tackle in the end. We knew he was here to plug us and give us some experience, but we would be hard pressed to find anyone - that includes Kompany - who would have done much better in that position except the very very lucky and very very talented few. Kompany might have made it, but who knows? Lescott, Nasta, wouldn't have potentially done any better, but this is all us nitpicking. It was rough either or.
