Well, we're playing a bit better than we did against Southampton...
United are blocking off the channels to Rodri, which is a sensible move from them because he's incredible. He's still getting on the ball but in tighter spaces and with less time than he'd like.
CBs are having a solid defensive match but neither of them have the passing or ball-carrying of Stones or Laporte.
So we're struggling to get the ball forward out of defence because the easy ball to Rodri is on less (and when he does get it he's quickly closed down) and the defenders don't have the incisive longer ball to bypass Rodri.
So Bernardo's dropping deep to offer another option but then we've got a bigger gap from the ball coming out of defence and up towards the forward players.
Wingers hardly involved, especially Phil. And Haaland's looked decent dropping deep but we need him in more dangerous positions because we're not creating many chances so we need him up high and ready to pounce.
