You are right it is bizarre.Some of the players genuinely don't seem to be able to see Haaland, it's bizarre.
Starting to feel deliberate.
He makes so much good movement off the Ball.Waving his Hands for the Ball, and a pass to the side,or back always follows.
That moment with Bernado where he made the quick pass and set off towards goal.
Bernado show zero interest turned away. Why ?
You think Atwell will book him? Nailed on for RodriThe next one on Mahrez and the little rag is going in the book

bernardo is driving me crazy here. he's been the king of seeing that haaland is making a run and immediately turning around and passing it backwards.Haaland is still making runs that we totally ignore.

Well, we're playing a bit better than we did against Southampton...
United are blocking off the channels to Rodri, which is a sensible move from them because he's incredible. He's still getting on the ball but in tighter spaces and with less time than he'd like.
CBs are having a solid defensive match but neither of them have the passing or ball-carrying of Stones or Laporte.
So we're struggling to get the ball forward out of defence because the easy ball to Rodri is on less (and when he does get it he's quickly closed down) and the defenders don't have the incisive longer ball to bypass Rodri.
So Bernardo's dropping deep to offer another option but then we've got a bigger gap from the ball coming out of defence and up towards the forward players.
Wingers hardly involved, especially Phil. And Haaland's looked decent dropping deep but we need him in more dangerous positions because we're not creating many chances so we need him up high and ready to pounce.
