Matija Nastasić

Apparently it's another Negredo style transfer with an initial loan deal and a permanent move in the summer for 10M.

Hopefully he can revive his career.

Transfermarkt estimated Nastasic's market value as £18.48m, (as at August 2014).

He received the club's Young player of the year in 2012/13. Good young centre backs are very hard to find.

Its a pity we were not able to secure a move last summer!

Not to be sniffed at!

Never particularly rated him so good riddance.

I got slaughtered on here years ago for saying I didn't see what the fuss was about, if I could be arsed I'd dig out some posts and do a bit of gloating.

Square peg in a round hole in MP's system.

Not got an ounce of aggression or pro-activeness in him so is the antithesis to Mangala, Kompany and Zabaleta.

I think he'd be excellent in Serie A, preferably under Mancini.

Best of luck Nasty.

I see what you did there. ;-p

The 10 million could be used on a deal for Koke.

Are you both suggesting that Nasty has a habit?? Still believe he is a better player than Boyata though...

I'm still waiting patiently for a blow-by-blow account of how this transfer got completed.
