Many of us on here have never believed Mancini ever truly rated Lescott. That header for Cisse against QPR was just the last nail in the coffin. If he could have bought Agger in he'd be first choice now instead. Granted we probably went a bit young with Nastasic but if he's a world class CB in a couple of seasons and at the heart of our defence for the next decade, well, tidy bit of business.
