Yes it will smart for a while that one. We had one of the worst refs out there but we also played one of our poorest games of the season. The players will deny it but they went into that game thinking it would be a stroll. A derby never is. We say our two central defensive changes cost us but they had Martinez and Varane, two players who'd hardly kicked a ball for months. Their first choice left back Shaw was missing too. Even Johnny fucking Evans came on and had Haaland in his pocket. A bad day at the office all round.
To be fair, our centre-backs play as the last man and one fuck up generally leads to a one on one with our keeper, whereas theirs had at least 5 or 6 other "defenders" about 3 yards away at all times on Saturday.

Styles of play and all that.

You've just got to love how they put finally in capital letters as if it's a relief for the whole fucking world. I never, ever remember the rags, Arsenal, or Liverpool being talked about this way in their periods of dominance. I hope we smash the charges out of the water, Pep signs an extension and we dominate for at least ten more years. Keep crying!

Arsenal haven’t had a period of dominance since the 1930s.

We let those rags off on Saturday. Never again please. An impartial var and referee would have given both penalty appeals. Absolutely stonewall.
Neither was stonewall but highly likely at least one would have been given at the other end.
Interestingly if you recall during the buildup Ten Bob complained about a bad decision for a penalty he claims happened against us earlier in the season. If my memory is not playing tricks that one was so for interference too. Probably planted an idea in the refs mind with that stunt.

The second one would have been given as a foul anywhere else in the pitch including against us in our penalty area, and you know it.

BBC twats

Maresca struggled at Parma and was sacked after 6 months, won with Manchester City's cheat code reserves and took a Premier League squad up out of the Championship. How many clubs would choose Maresca over Pochettino? Or McKenna?
