More USA ownership of the premier league incoming https://apple.news/A1nhyYv9ES4iFDD-GyMwDow
This is without doubt the biggest concern for the future of the premier league. I’m convinced that the American owners will cooperate with each other to reach their desired aims of a salary cap and no promotion and no relegation target. And these 3 targets are just for starters. I think they form a bigger threat than the Saudi Pro League ever will.
Was the article illustrated with an image of a City player?BBC Headline:
Former England star banned from driving over crash
BBC actual story:
Former Manchester United and England footballer Nicky Butt has been banned from driving over a crash which left a motorcyclist with a broken leg.
Starmer has said that he is in favour of an independent regulator for the game. That's probably the only way to stop an American takeover. We are sleep walking into American control of English football.

The same matches were where my dislike began as well, but for me it was when Bellingham took a dive (Foden never touched him) and whilst on the deck (his favoured position) he began pleading with the ref to book Foden. Phil patted him on the back and put a friendly arm round his shoulder in an attempt to induce some sort of "mates" calmness into the proceedings which Bellingham just shrugged it off and continued to demand a card for his dive whilst never once acknowledging Phil's existence. For me a lot of my dislike of him came from the two games we played against Madrid last season. He was a snidey horrible fucker who spent two games trying to get City players booked, diving and constantly whinging at the ref whilst actually doing nothing on the pitch. Really put me off him.
Yep completely agree. Very dislikable especially when he’s playing against you.The same matches were where my dislike began as well, but for me it was when Bellingham took a dive (Foden never touched him) and whilst on the deck (his favoured position) he began pleading with the ref to book Foden.
