Every single fan of every single club in the whole world would be euphoric if an equivalent of The Sheikh took them over. It's just that some won't admit it.

The self entitled Tarquins have had plenty of outside investment over the years.
Plucked from obscurity by Henry Norris pre war who bribed them into Division 1, poached Herbert Chapman from Huddersfield by paying him several times his salary, bankrolled a team for Me Chapman and paid for two new stands at Highbury.
Fast forward to the 1990s and Danny Fiszman spends the equivalent to 1.5 billion generated from the sale of blood diamonds to buy them a team under the stewardship of Mr Financial doping himself but not a word in the media about it
