Everything about MOTD tonight sums up what we get week in week out from the media, the commentary (poor as usual, mentioning Pep looking well after covid is out of order), the edit of the match (almost made it look an equal game). Lineker commenting that we've had it easy on covid and injuries. Surprised they let Micah Richards on.

I couldn't believe they didn't even show the move in which Alonso got booked for a triple/quadruple foul on Sterling. I'm not RS' biggest fan by any stretch, but he was lively yesterday and had Alonso on toast first half.

Aye it didn't make sense...they spoke about Alonso having to be careful but never showed it

The first and only clue as to something had gone on was the commentator saying Alonso had to be careful when Sterling went past him again.
